Squats are great for the body, upper and lower. Work outs that focus on your thigs and butt also works out the hamstring and lower back. There many positives to the squat and we will show how to do them.

1. Plant your feet. They should be flat on the ground, about shoulder-width apart. Get below the bar and bend your knees slightly. You'll want equal weight balance throughout each foot during the exercise.

2. Position the bar. Put your bar over your the back of your  shoulders, not over your neck. Grip the bar were your hands are comfortable.

  3. Look straight ahead. Keep your back straight and bend you knees, as if you were sitting in a chair., keep hills planting on floor.

4. Lower yourself.. Lower yourself with the weights slowly, make sure your legs are parallel with the floor

5.  Lift back up. Push off on your heels and lift the weight while maintain a good, proper and good form, use almost every part of your except your knees.
