 Twerking is a well known popular dance among the youth, its fun and can give you great exercise. following the steps to learn how to do it.



1. Stretch. Its very important to stretch your legs and thighs because it you don't you could leave, very sore.




2. Pop. You want to pop your bottom half out by using your back muscles to push your booty out, use your back to push your booty out.




3. Style. Put your hands on your knees, this step you don't have to do, but if will give you more control over your body.




4. Push up and arch your back. now that you know how to perform a correct twerk, you need to continue to do it by pushing up and arching your back.




5. Rhythm. make sure that you are on beat with the song your twerking to. and also make sure the song your twerking to is a dance/twerking song.
